Application scenario: Three-machine linkage particle bag grab and release demonstration unit

The equipment scene is refined from the classic application scene of Astro Boy "Multi-machine linkage into the slot". After visually identifying the non-tidy materials in the dual-lane layout, the following two robots will pick them up and place them neatly in the following material trough; after the materials enter the trough, they will be transported to the other side by a third robot. The material in the trough is taken out and placed on the conveying line again, and circulate in turn. One of the unwinding robots uses a storage terminal to continuously absorb multiple layers of materials and release them at one time, and the other uses a single grasping terminal to complete high-speed single grasping demonstration; the reclaiming robot uses multiple grasping and autorotating terminals to complete multiple materials at once Take out and place in multiple angles.

The Astro Boy Thunder series is a 3+2 multi-degree-of-freedom serial-parallel hybrid robot developed by Astro Boy for the daily chemical and 3C industries. The robot can not only translate along the space XYZ axis, rotate ±180° around the Z axis, but also has the vertical direction ±90° flip function, which expands the application field of parallel robots.

Application scenario: serial-parallel-mixed flip pick-and-place workstation

In the refining of equipment display schemes and the daily chemical industry, the "level grasping to erecting" link in the empty bottle production process. The bottles are lying flat on the horizontal conveyor line, and scattered incoming materials are transported to the bottom of the robot; through the self-developed robot vision system to identify the incoming position and angle of the bottle, and real-time monitoring of the moving baffle conveyor line trough through the position tracking function In accordance with the “following grab and follow-up release” method, the D5 robot picks up the material and places it in the moving trough at a 90° angle to the plane.

Application scenario: D4 dual machine with reasonable material handling demonstration unit

The equipment shows the scene of D4 robot and D3 robot cooperating to place the materials. The scattered materials are visually recognized. First, the D3 robot arranges neatly according to a group of four patterns, and then the D4 robot arranges the neat materials according to one group at a time. Pick and place to the second conveyor line.

For the first time, the Thunder series and Diamond Pro series are equipped with the new AtomMotion3.0 control system. On the basis of the previous generation of products, AtomMotion 3.0 further optimizes the algorithm to achieve a comprehensive increase in the robot speed. At the same time, it further optimizes the speed planning to reduce the accuracy of vibration improvement. At the same time, it also achieves improvements in torque control.
