World’s First Parallel-Structure Humanoid Robot “Tianbing-1” Dazzles at 2025 China Private Enterprise Investment & Financing Fair
At the 2025 China Private Enterprise Investment & Financing Fair (Minqia Conference), Atomrobot’s independently developed humanoid robot, “Tianbing-1”, captivated audiences with a seamless demonstration of its precise and fluid movements on stage, emerging as a highlight of the event. Held from September 24 to 25 in Tianjin, the fair focused on “Promoting High-Quality Development of Private Enterprises – Co-Creating the Future through New Upgrades”, bringing together government, corporate, academic, and research representatives to create a platform for enterprise-finance collaboration. Atomrobot, as a leading local technology company, showcased its innovative achievements with the Tianbing-1 humanoid robot and delivered a keynote speech.
Empowering Innovation and Private Enterprise Development
The fair attracted nearly 2,000 delegates and featured 49 project signings worth over 14 billion RMB. Through policy announcements, project matchmaking, and industry exchanges, the event provided significant momentum for private enterprises.
Ji Guoqiang, Member of the Tianjin Municipal Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department, emphasized that private enterprises are a key pillar of high-quality development, noting that Tianjin’s private economy grew by 5.8% year-on-year in the first half of the year. Policies such as the “Measures to Support High-Quality Development of Venture Investment in Tianjin” provide strong support for tech companies like Atomrobot. Additionally, the establishment of the Bio-Manufacturing Tech-Finance Joint Laboratory introduces innovative approaches to science and technology financing.
Technological Breakthroughs Showcase Smart Manufacturing Strength
In his keynote speech, Atomrobot CMO Shi Fengcai introduced the company as a high-tech enterprise focused on industrial robot R&D and application, headquartered in Tianjin Binhai New Area alongside its future smart factory. “Our company has benefited from policy support in areas including interpretation, funding, and technical integration,” Shi noted.
The presentation was uniquely staged, with Tianbing-1 performing as a “dance partner” in sync with the speech, providing a novel audiovisual experience. As the world’s first humanoid robot employing a parallel-structure design, Tianbing-1 draws attention for its highly flexible motion, powerful computing base, precise perception system, and high-load capability. Prior to this appearance, the robot had represented Tianjin’s technological innovation on major platforms, including the 2025 SCO Digital Economy Forum and the Chongqing Smart Expo.
Deepening Smart Manufacturing to Support High-Quality Development
Discussing Atomrobot’s role in supporting high-quality private sector development over the next three to five years, Shi emphasized the company’s commitment to “freeing human hands through technology”, continuously refining high-speed, lightweight industrial robots. “Looking ahead, we will increase AI investment, enhance product performance, and serve manufacturing enterprises in food, daily chemicals, and new energy sectors, helping them improve efficiency and reduce costs,” Shi stated—aligning closely with the fair’s theme of integrating technology and finance.
Atomrobot has completed multiple rounds of financing and had just closed a new round prior to the fair. The company has officially launched its latest financing plan, aiming to leverage the Minqia Conference platform to further connect with investors. During the event, Atomrobot actively participated in matchmaking activities, establishing connections with multiple investment institutions and supply chain enterprises. Through these efforts, Atomrobot is accelerating its integration into innovation networks, injecting new momentum into the development of the smart manufacturing industry.
