Production-line process

  • 01

    The cup milk from the front discharge port is transported to the fork branch port through the conveyor line.

  • 02

    The fork branching device automatically counts the incoming materials at the front end, and automatically switches the fork every 5 cups to ensure the consistency of the subsequent two channels.

  • 03

    After conveying, the milk in the cup reaches the positioning and blocking station, and the milk cup is automatically positioned and blocked. Once the number of 5 cups is reached, the robot will send a grasping signal.

    The cup milk basket is manually placed on the basket stepping conveying line. After conveying, it will automatically arrive at the placement position of the robot and wait for the robot to place the milk cup.

  • 05

    The robot automatically grabs and places the milk cups of two stations in the material basket. For each full basket, the basket conveyor line automatically steps forward one basket spacing to place the next basket.
