This project is composed of a set of parallel robots, a visual system, a product non-calibration position mechanism, a picking mechanism, and a set of product flip and close mechanism after the combination of two lines.This automatic line perfectly solves the operation in the environment of minus 10 degrees for a long time, satisfying the production of 8000 mooncakes per hour.

Production-line process

  • 01

    The front end manually picks up the moon cake shell to the conveying line, and transports it to the lower part of the robot vision system through the conveying line.

  • 02

    The vision system takes photos and sends the position information to the robot for grasping.

  • 03

    According to the principle of average distribution, the robot transports the products to 5 blocks of the conveyor line according to the instructions.

  • 04

    After blocking and positioning, the horizontal transfer mechanism will transport the moon cake shell to the filling line for filling operation.
